I run YouTubeNavi, a site that helps users find highlight moments in YouTube videos using timestamp links and playback tools.

We have started adding partial English support, but some areas, such as the video controls, are still Japanese-only.

Would English or other language support for these controls be useful for users here?
If so, which languages should be prioritized?

Yes, adding English support to video controls would be useful for a broad portion of users, especially since it improves clarity when interacting with timestamps, playback navigation, and highlight selection. It also reduces friction for users who rely on the interface more than the video content itself.

A practical approach is to start with English as the unified control layer, then expand gradually based on analytics such as user session volume by language, interaction depth with timestamp features, and retention after first use.
