Hi, I tried uploading several videos and got similar chunk/session errors on multiple different uploads. However, the videos still appeared in my video list and are now processing. I’ll wait to see if they become playable, but it looks like the uploader may show errors even when the upload record is created. Could you please check the chunk/session handling under high upload load?

Hi, if you didn't get errors during the upload it's because there are many large uploads right now, we'll just have to wait for the video's turn to get encoded

别担心，他会封你的账户。就算他现在不封你的账户，等他想提现的时候也会封的。别担心。

Thanks, I understand the encoding queue delay. But one of the errors was actually during upload:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/var/tmp/streamcash/.../1.part'

So it looks like the uploader tried to access a temporary chunk file that was missing. The video still appeared in my list and started processing, so maybe the upload completed, but the uploader still displayed this error. No worries about the delay, I know the platform is new and probably under heavy upload load right now. Just wanted to report it in case it helps you debug. Thanks for your quick replies and good luck with the launch!

Hi, is the issue persisting ?
 
Good news: all the videos that showed upload errors have finished processing and seem to work fine. I tested them by seeking through different timestamps, and the video and audio both look okay. So it seems the uploads completed successfully, even though the uploader displayed chunk/session errors.
