Would be only fair to decrease minimum payout to $10 or so, so that every balance can be requested and taken out, considering there hasn't been a single improvement of earnings and almost every question about it is being ignored.
 
Hi, sorry for delay. Facing the problem at the data center side with one of our proxy servers.

P.S.

Brainzaps.tv gonna switch to the PPS model. After several months, we still haven't managed to break even with advertising networks. Thanks to everybody who participated in our beta testing.

Just add ad networks like Vidara, which currently has the best rates.
What's the problem?

Considering ads issue hasn't been fixed and they want to switch to PPS, I would only find it fair. It's not about small tiny amount of money, but it's about being fair. If you don't live up to promises and expectations, you should at least cover all balances.
