We very rarely suspend accounts.

Are you that weird user who:
- uploaded more than 120TB of content
- uploaded only files with at least 3–8GB file size
- caused each encoding to tie up a server for 1–4 hours
- sometimes had 1,500 encodings in the queue for days
- disrupted the operation of many other accounts with your encodings ("encoding is slow")
- were unable to pre-compress the content to 0-2GB like everyone else

...with 7–12k views per day and a 50% ad block rate?

What exactly are we supposed to do with that? For the $100–150 you generate in monthly revenue at most, we can’t even begin to cover the costs. Your account has caused more harm to other users here than it has done any good.

After closing your account, we even paid out your $250 balance (pay date 2026-03-01), so what you're spreading is just a lie.

Yes, there was a process that didn't run for a few days. Otherwise, all the payments have been processed; the Bitcoin/PayPal payment was approved yesterday.

Hello, I am trying to confirm my payment but it's not working. I receive the confirmation email and open the link, but then I get a message saying: 'The confirmation link is invalid or the payment has already been confirmed.' However, the payment is still not showing as confirmed.

Does get VOE ddosed in the last 2-3 days?
because embeds loads very long and some points inside voe dashboard also.
but same time i cant reach wjunction also.
but other sites i could use. :(

Not us, but our DDoS protection service, DDoS-Guard seems to have been under massive DDoS attacks for the past 1–3 weeks/recent days and right now.

If the entire infrastructure there is attacked, all of the websites (Wjunction, VOE, ...) protected/hosted there will become inaccessible although our servers continue to run without any problems. That's kind of annoying... In the past, it used to go away after a day or two.

What settings do I need to adjust to lower the adblock rate?
I've set up a custom domain and changed the settings on my site accordingly.
However, I'm still getting rates over 60% with a fresh domain.
Is there anything I need to consider in Cloudflare or the VOE dashboard settings?

For 34 different files, it says "Encoding failed," so the files were deleted yesterday, April 1, 2026.
But some of them had at least a few views and had already been encoded.
That's why I don't understand the error.
Did something happen again like it did in January?
P.S. My ticket hasn't been answered yet, even though I have Premium Plus.
The occasional issues with the files and the lack of proper support are the only downsides to VOE.
 
To test, I added some VoE links (embede/iframe) to my test system. I'm also a VOE Premium Plus user, but with the "Deny AdBlocker access" option activated, I still get the message that I can't see the video. This is a bit strange, because as a Premium Plus customer you should be able to see the videos even with AdBlocker activated because as a Premium or Premium Plus customer you are exempt from advertising.
