There's probably very few sites out there with 80% PPS as standard, and tbh I doubt few would grant you 80% with only 20-25 sales a month. When you get more sales you might be able to negotiate better rates.

It will never be better PPD than PPS because all Filesharing make money by selling premium subscriptions, and Filesharing only pays pennies to its webmasters who work for downloads.
