Bro, don't ask for an explanation, he just scammed you. That's no excuse because he doesn't pay for VPN or blocker traffic, so don't believe him. He's just closing accounts to avoid paying.

This is the host that makes the least money since it only pays 5% of the traffic you send it, and on top of that, it bans you supposedly for VPN traffic.
