Second this. Currently earning a dollar for 10K views leaves a bad taste, and makes me want to use something else.

At least could be added for Premium Plus/partner users.

The drop in earnings happened a while ago. They work very well, but don't expect to profit from them.

They could find new solutions, but nothing happens.

Today I just found a huge number of videos under "Deleted Files" with a status that I don't recognize: "Temporarily unavailable"

So far there was only “Failed encoding” and a new upload was necessary. But what does “Temporarily unavailable” mean?Because, according to what it means, it would actually just be a temporary unavailability of the files and when the problem is fixed, the files will be playable again.

Opening a support ticket wouldn't help, I've had two tickets for months that unfortunately haven't received an answer from you. Even if I'm a premium user and they talk about "priority support" on the website.

Payment pending since Jan 11. Quite a few videos temporarily unavailable (ultimately deleted outright, they are no longer on the dashboard). What is going on?

have the same Problem.

What's wrong with no visitors coming today?
On that day, the statistic evaluation did not run for several hours, but this only affected the evaluation, not the collection of statistics. So it didn't have much influence.

when payment sir

paid, thanks
Generally, payments are made automatically every few hours, so it always depends on the payment method and the amount or account if payments stuck. :)

Most of the time (as has been the case for over 5 years), we check all payments that are stuck once a week. However, this is sometimes at the beginning and sometimes at the end of the week. If in doubt, just create a ticket reminder, then we'll see & check it.

converter very very slow.Please fixed.Goodwork.
Yes, unfortunately there were too many encodings during that period. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about it. When more than 200+ servers are encoding at the same time, all we can do is wait.

Partner/Plus etc. now have a status page where you can see the utilization rate and whether, for example, large numbers of servers have failed. This is helpful when multiple maintenance alert come in, as you can see that only 1-2 of hundreds servers are affected. https://voe.sx/status

We will expand the status page in the future so that you can perform checks yourself and do not have to rely on support.

Due to a hardware issue on 1 server, a set of files entered an broken check state. Recovery and verification were attempted over several days, during which a maintenance notice was shown. Because the restoration was not successful and took too long for a single server, we transitioned them to the deleted files list to simplify handling. Reuploading is the better way to restore availability.

The statistic domain access counter is currently temporarily disabled.
