Quelqu'un a-t-il réellement confirmé si la loi DMCA est ignorée ?

Je possède un site de streaming et de téléchargement.

J'ai rencontré à plusieurs reprises des fournisseurs d'hébergement qui prétendent ignorer les notifications de retrait DMCA.

Je me retrouve alors avec un serveur suspendu car l'hébergeur reçoit des tonnes de plaintes et me recommande d'utiliser Cloudflare, etc.

J'en ai vraiment marre de devoir déplacer mon site à chaque fois. :/

Has anyone actually confirmed whether the DMCA is ignored?

I own a streaming and download site.

I've repeatedly encountered hosting providers who claim they ignore DMCA takedown notices.

Then I end up with a suspended server because the hosting provider receives tons of complaints and recommends I use Cloudflare and so on.

I'm really fed up with having to move my site every time. :/
