I don't know, but I once considered having my own host for a while and thought that the best solution was to create a private host. It would save a lot of problems and such a host could survive longer. Open hosts generally require extensive admin knowledge and considerable resources to manage it all.
By the way, for example, BigWarp has now disabled registration for new users.

To own your own host, you definitely need to have a good head on your shoulders and know how to manage it well. As you can see, many video hosts are emerging on the market, but 85% of them disappear after a few months.
