I’m planning to buy a laptop within a budget of $500 to $700.

Which one would be the best option in this range?

Does it have to be a laptop? Because if those are your main requirements you'll probably end up being disappointed no matter what laptop you buy. Especially at that price range. With a laptop you'll give up performance, longevity, ease of maintenance, and repairablity in favor of mobility and a small form factor relative to a desktop PC of a similar price. Also the laptop market is kinda shit these days no matter the brand.

I bought my wife a Xiaomi RedmiBook Pro 14" 2025 with 32GB RAM for work it runs really fast. Not sure which region you’re in, but it cost me around $750. Check some review about it, maybe it will suit for you.
