yeah they are really annoying for real... I have to wait for ages before my files are fully uploaded

I have the same problem....and my email isn't recognized to recover my password.I had security lock enabled, so I don't think that someone hacked my account

I am using Chrome and I CAN NOT play the embedded videos. But can play the videos (same videos) with the direct link.Is anyone who using chrome experiencing the same problem ?

can't export or open files

Hi, i select some videos and then when i click ,, Export selected ,, (to copy all of them easily) it opens new tab and then it close fast. I just can't open in new tab a video of mine, why? i use google chorme

I received my last payment on 2016-12-20 and now I am beginning to worry, cause I got several pending payments and can't even contact admins, cause looks like they blocked their contact form. It shows User support and other departments offline since some time and messages can't be sent.

Are you talking about the contact form on the bottom right that pops up? That one is sometimes a chat also. Did you try that?
