It's funny you should ask:
Until now we have made our site work on the fact that we are a download site and not a storage site. But because uploaders have asked for longer storage times we decided to add some new servers we have increase length of time that the non downloaded files are stored for.

If files are downloaded they are always available - They are deleted after 30 days of no activity (If you have good traffic I will give you a free premium as you can see in this thread).
10% refers to any money made from your referral.

So files are deleted after 30 days of inactivity even if I have premium? Is there a work-around or exception for webmasters with big sites? Because even with thousands of downloads a day, not everything gets downloaded once a month.

In general, there is usually no point in storing files for such a long time if they are not being downloaded - But I am happy to PM with you to discuss further.

I am not really sure how to answer this other than what I already said to you (And any other uploader we have ever had a problem with when it comes to PayPal) - IF we have a problem because of the uploaders account I always ask if the uploader has an alternate payment method and if they do not then I continue to try to pay them via their preferred payment method - Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual. I understand that you may not have a problem with other hosts - That does not mean to say that our account is not having a problem with you account.
All I can say (As I have said to you already) is to be patient and you will be paid.
When you say "Keep your money I do not want to deal with you about this problem" - There is really noting for you to "Deal with" just be patient and wait - However, it is of course your choice to not want to receive your payment (Although I have no idea why you would not want your money) so let me know on this (Either in this thread or by PM/email which is how you and I have been dealing with this problem until now).
And for the record this is a problem that SOMETIMES HAPPENS and just with SOME ACCOUNTS - And any time it did happen in the past the problem has always been resolved eventually.
