Please read program information very well:
Rockfile - Solid as a Rock

Your money should be equal to or more than your minimum amount set by you + 4.25% withdrawal fee.
You set your minimum equal to your current amount without considering the 4.25% fee so that's why the system skipping you everytime, so i set your minimum to $10 to ensure you are over the minimum + the fee.
If your account still active and make money everyday, you wouldn't face this problem but because your balance is not growing and the minimum is not correctly set, so you face same problem each time.
 
We asking all our partners who use services like 'adf.ly' and similar services, even owned shorting services to stop shortening our links and share the links as is.

We do this for a reason, but if you have any problem to comply with this new update, please let us know from here.

We expect from you to stop doing this (if you do) starting from 14/06/2015.

It's our fault, we have to clarify that this should apply only on links generated after 14/06/2015.
Old links are ok.

Please reconsider the rates for Brazil, I ask again, you pay properly, but the rates are very low friend, twist to come back as it was before at least include Brazil in group C.

Your account is inactive and you don't login frequently, and as explained in program rules, you have to login at least 7 days prior the payout request dates.
We'll see what can we do for you to get your payment ASAP.
