Which Bank Debit Card works with PayPal

i guess you're from india so i think none of bank's card now work in paypal because every debit card whether its mastercard / Visa need 3DSecure code verification, paypal cannot get through it !!
 
Hey mate,

just want to help you, once a time i was in same situation like you, and after searched a lot, found the solution, i am using axis bank debit and credit cards, credit cards always work, about debit card :

1. Paypal name and bank name should be same.
2. Paypal billing address should match your address in bank (Exact same).

When i fixed both, my debit cards started working fine. try it and let me know if you still not able to use it.
 
Every single debit card is accepted by Paypal, but you need to know:

- If you don't have VISA number on your Visa Electron card, request it from your bank, they will provide you
- If you don't have CSC/CVV2, you should (at Paypal) put 000 or last 3 digits of first four numbers on your card.
 
Thanks for your replies, i really appreciate and i am convinced Debit Cards are working with Paypal, can someone please confirm about the IDBI Bank. Thanks
 
prathaprabu currently i have tried various cards of HDFC / Axis / ICICI / Bank of Maharashtra / SBI / Central / Dena / Union Bank and few others but it seems that i am able to use only ICICI debit card.

I had the old card i.e without chip and pin it worked then i got a new chip one from ICICI i removed the old one from pp and added the new card from ICICI it worked like a charm so in my experience ICICI Debit card would be the one to go with :)
 
I got an email today confirming from ICICI that ICICI debit cards and credit card work with paypal

ICICI works.

And paypal should add INR as payment currency in their list.

This is paypal loot they keep big differnce in between withdraw and sending conversation rate.When they have office in India and bank acount why not add INR for receiving .
 
Axis Bank Debit Card Works Well Too bro 100% tested I Use axisbank debit card to pay through paypal and works very well
 
You would have to have master card or visa electron in order to work with paypal. Other card can be imported on your account.
