I am quite DISAPPOINTED of dediservers.net service.
I asked to be cancelled after 1 day and they refused to.
rather they started arguing in the tickets with me telling that KVM is not a basic service...
THe VDS management lacks of KVM virtual serial console access. They bill extra for it.
Every provider in the world give serial console access to the costumers virtual machines for free.
Dediservers.net does not.
They refused to refund I Cancelled and lost $25 plus $15 setup fee. So I lost $40.
They are also quite slow to reply tickets compared to competitors.
VDS are very good quality but they are not serious people.
First they claim to refund if you cancel before 24H.
then they do not refund anything and don't even listen to you.
I throw away my money and my time with them.
I really do not recommend them, rather guys better you buy a VM or a bare metal server from their provider, leaseweb.nl

We do not have any pending orders so I believe your order was processed.

Hello

We do not advertise anywhere that we provide KVM with our servers not on our website and not in this sales thread so I am not sure how you assumed it will come with KVM. We tried to make you some really good offers to resolve this but you declined all and you were asking for free KVM which we cannot provide with a $24 starter VDS. And we do not charge any setup fee so I am not sure who you paid that $15. We only received $24 + gateway charge from you. Moreover you kept arguing about that KVM is very based function like RAM or HDD in serve, let me tell you Its Not. Even leaseweb the example you took charge a nice hefty fee for KVM access to their servers. And if you can buy a bare metal server from leaseweb for $25 please share the link I am sure most of the people here will be interested :). Now to the refund request you can check our TOS to find why it was declined. Your server is still active and working as it should and we delivered what we advertise so I cannot understand how you think you "threw away your money?"

i was little short of money but he approve my service
my friend told me his service's too good
and really they there service it's awesome

Activation can take 1-24 hours (usually quicker). Ask our live chat support before ordering if the technical team is online to setup your service asap.
