Oh sorry. I would like to know that are Indian members send export related payments to any Indian member.

You must add a bank account for withdrawal purposes, that's what they have mentioned in the e-mail.
Apart from that one, i haven't had any problems lately.

No, you can't use PayPal to send/receive from any Indian account.
 
Looks like a spam email from PayPal, I'd contact them first beforehand, I get loads of spam saying I've been suspended and it's funny because my business email address isn't the one I use for PayPal. They come from every email address they can think of from peypal etc.
 
i Received Too In 12 Aug ..... And Its Normal . Also When U Open Ur My Account U Found Same Massage ....

@ Bharat Send Money Not Tested . When i Try Its Ask Add Credit/Debit Card i wl Try Too But Can't Add Card Details .. But We Can Receive Money To Indian Account ... When Any One Send Me Payment And When i Receive Payout i Receive Money (Its Auto withdrawal To My Bank Account )
 
it's a official email from paypal saying that indians can now receive upto 1000 USD per transaction
previous limit was 300$ per transaction which has been increased

you also need to verify your paypal before you can receive money.

me, and 5 of my friends have paypal account and everyone got this email.. and also users on WJ too .

1) every indian paypal user has received this email .. and also mentioning the NAME used in PAYPAL ACCOUNT

2) after getting this mail, if you visit www.paypal.com and login , it will show you message that you can receive upto 1000$ per transaction

3) Fake mail has reason behind, why whould anyone send a fake mail saying that you can receive upto 1000$ transaction ?? Fake mail ask you to login or do verification or enter card details

4) Do you want to see the full email header ?? have you seen the full headers before posting your message ????????? :facepalm:

lol, they are simple basics of understanding whats fake and whats not. I totally stand by what power_match says i mean come on its a green bar ssl which even the registered business fail to get sometimes because of some fault with the documentation. :|

if you got fake mail from that email, this doesn't proofs that all mail from that email is fake ..

Maybe you got a scam mail but you should provide the full email header so we can tell you if it is fake or real but as many people prooved here the domain is not fake ;)

these kind of SSL, Green Bar are not given to everyone .. IT require lots of legal documents and proofs .

Don't even trust email header ?? The links in the email also takes to paypal.com. I had proved it's legit
