i have a galaxy note N7000 with android 2.3
i want to update android 2.3 to android 4 (ICS)
how to update please give full tutorial
if any one did it
please help me

You either have to wait for Samsung to release an OTA update or root your phone and manually install it.

I don't think Cyanogenmod have ICS ready yet, but I am sure someone on the XDA forums has probably got it going on the Note. That would be my first port of call.
