seem there is no support with this hosts at all.
i sent them dozen of mails regardly server w22fr not working and got just 1 mail asking for links last week, then no more response from them, but it is not fix and upload files continue to get assign to w22fr. X-(
 
Well I joined using an US IP and no problem, mine probs started when I bought Premium, my ppal acct was charged and I never received a confirmation email from them and thus no premium acct.

I have started a ticket and written an email to them -we will see if they reply.
 
Old problems are back again. Uploaded some files via FTP around 14h ago, they are still pending. RU from Bitshare is completely messed up, and some files cant be accessed, although the appear in the manager. Kind of sucks today. :(
 
I have made 2 sales within 2 days and still stuck a low rank. I have email them and still not reply. It should be replied by now ? I feel like not body monitor this site.
 
yes they not monitored properly may be closed soon

so dont waste more time until they replied you or increase rank system or monitor properly. i will write soon in 134 forums with attachment with my files as txt about freakshare. via auto poster, then all world knew if they not replied us or pay us soon
 
Ranks are calculated not only on sales but also on quality downloads in respect to the amount of storage one uses. If one uses a lot of storage space with low sales and downloads, his rank will not be upgraded.
