You have to change the encoding of the subtitles file to UTF8 without BOM before uploading them to your video file.

Well, unfortunately i upload lots of videos w/o subtitles until the subtitles are released. And when the subtitles are released i just upload them to the existing video. So the encoding is kinda time consuming.

My payment got rejected probably because i stopped uploading videos.. So i recommend noone to start using this website, cause it looks like they're just scammers. Even wjunction should mark this thread as a scam, if it would be possible :cough:
