ive isolated the issue to the support department handing out additional months of access to resolve disputes they may have with customers, the problem is this is taking place on the backs of the affiliates.

Yeah no logs and amount of % deducted seems to vary, but i have had sales since the introduction of the system and from a 3 month sale which usually generates like 26$ there is a 4.4 deducted into insurance, that is more than 10% , its more like 17%
