I know web designing. I just want to know the script used. I tried the site and got paid a few times, not necessarily you have to pay the $7 the admin, If you got a sponsor you only pay $2 to the admin.

Yeah I think this one is legal since you include the source. It's kinda similar to streaming videos if you have a movie site P.S. as long as you give credit to the source, you'll have no worries

I think GoDaddy is only the domain that is accepted when you try to change your blogger to custom domain

Well that's impossible for CMS sites I think, even if you use PHP, people will always remove the footer.
