Good one, if you're a newbie. But try to minimize the amount of ads. Too much is not too good. Try displaying only text ads.

Maybe you should consider darkening the text a bit. It's somewhat blurry, since both the BG and text color are light, they match each other at large.

Everything looks cool, but I would suggest you to remove the banner ad that's floating on top of the page. Maybe that's annoying for some users and eliminates the professionalism of the site.
