When was the last time bitcoin available?

Have you done it yet? Mine is the same status as yours "checked" since last wednesday. Open support tickets 3 times asking them the problem but always got their automatic answering reply. :))

How do you cancel your request? I thought once it was requested, you can't cancel it.

Mine is still status "Checked" which is never happenning before. Usually I will get paid 4 hours to 1 day after request payout.

Have you followed the instruction posted on this previous page and sent an email to UL confirming your email address and acct? If done, you just need to wait for them to sort it out.
