There are 25000-30000 open transactions in the BTC network. As long as these open transactions have not been processed, you cannot do anything with BTC anyway, unless you are willing to pay very high fees. And these fees are due even for small amounts of BTC. Patience is the name of the game...

You could also disable the localization of premium accounts and rate them all the same. A geographically different weighting of the premium customers in the remuneration makes no sense. Also against the background that more and more users use VPN.
