The new changes and statistics are a bad April Fool's joke.
To reduce the PPD compensation by 70% is quite associal and also not justifiable with the argument to have to adapt to the "current market situation". And even the new "official" figures do not seem to be correct. It is currently...
@ddownload.com why do users always have to request a payout twice?
Once via the payout request button and another time via support ticket.
I have now looked at this once a month with you.
Every week only one third of the payout amount is paid out.
No other hoster makes such problems like you...
There are 25000-30000 open transactions in the BTC network.
As long as these open transactions have not been processed, you cannot do anything with BTC anyway, unless you are willing to pay very high fees. And these fees are due even for small amounts of BTC.
Patience is the name of the game...
@ddownload.com Are there any more BTC payouts to be expected from you this week? Only a third of the weekly earnings were paid out yesterday.
What about the misdirected payouts from September? Your much mentioned Excel list. That was two months ago now.
The "Server Error 500" has unfortunately still not been fixed by you. The files can neither be downloaded, nor are they displayed as offline via the API. It affects hundreds, if not thousands of files. When will you take care of this problem @ddownload.com ?
We prefer the stable and comprehensible PPD remuneration. I hope you will think twice about changing it. At least for the authenticated uploaders nothing should change here. The traffic we generate for you is constant and well traceable.
@Mausebein It may be that the uploaders mirror each...
@ddownload.com
Have you already processed all of your disbursements? We still have numerous withdrawal requests open. Only 3 withdrawal requests out of more than 15 withdrawal requests have been paid out to us.
You could also disable the localization of premium accounts and rate them all the same.
A geographically different weighting of the premium customers in the remuneration makes no sense.
Also against the background that more and more users use VPN.
I have looked at the statistics of over 10 of my uploaders, and it affects them all without exception.
This goes from accounts with low revenues to accounts with high revenues.
DDownload.com is a pure premium hoster.
Without a premium account no one downloads there anymore.
The countries of origin of the downloaders should actually no longer play a role, all must buy an account!
Why do you (@ddownload.com ) still remunerate differently here?
