What's the current PPD situation? I make around 1k downloads per day and just 1$ including referrals. Where can I check current PPD rates? I don't think the rates in the website are updated (9$ Plan A). Should I stay expecting changes or just leave?

Thanks to @ddownload.com and Support, I received the payment, I hope the payment marked as "paid" was a mistake. By experience I recommend you not use Paypal anymore, it take too long, switch to crypto.

Should my account be premium to get Remote Upload and FTP? because is not working. Support is not answering yet. I'm not able to upload anything today.

I'm still getting "Upload connection limited" from the upload option "Upload file from URL" (remote upload). Just after a lot of tries files are able to be processed. I don't use the regular web upload, but it seems to work okay, I only use remote upload.

Kind of, three-digit payouts, it's sad to read that requesting bigger payments can lead to your account getting frozen. I don't mind if Ddownload has to split payments in order to complete them, but until now I've not seen any. I kept uploading on this filehost despite the new and low PPD rates...
