That sounds very unreasonable. Are you uploading food videos or something, and still trying to earn revenue from this provider? Even 80 videos per month is a very low number, so that rule actually seems quite reasonable. I personally upload at least 15 videos per day, and on some days I upload...

I think if your content is adult, use Voe; if not, use vidmoly. Vidmoly hasn't had any pop-up ads for a year now.

I said I liked the design, but there's a huge amateurishness in the infrastructure and file server side. Your .ts files can be easily stolen. Using Cloudflare is another absurdity on the file hosting side.
