whatever firewall you will install CSF or Iptables , you will have to configure that firewall anyway as it would just install the basic rules. In order to make the server management easy I would suggest you to install Cpanel instead of Webmin.

Well removing the access logs from the server is really not a good idea , however still you want to hide the IPs use of VPN can do this for you.
