Don't Agree .. It's not just bumps, they also show to us that the support is not active, if much replies like you said. "This is a bad host", and such replies is so important for us to know if the site is going scam.

your site is violating copyrights by showing films and such things. Maybe the problem isn't from there, try to put Privacy Policy page in your site as EsotorisK told you.
