Hello i had your problem too. i use light webmoney. i suggest you to install E-num for android and scan the barcode.

it's not limited to uploaded and happens to other host too. when you use zoom you have to expect this. it happened to me alot in the past. the links in zoom are alive and can be downloaded but they never appear in my filemanager. i deleted zoom a long time ago.

Please fix upload servers. i can't upload even a 10mb file. instead of adding new feature to your site fix basic function (upload) of your site.

re-uploading won't work at all. when a file fails and you click on re-upload it won't start again.

I answered this before. just disable security lock then change to ppd and save it.
