I don't think, when/how the payments are being sent, is the issue. The issue is, there is no way you are paying 10/1000 clicks. There are multiple people on here, seeing 30-40cents per 1000. Fix that first. ;)

For those that want verification as to what they pay. This is 99% USA traffic too. SMH.
