that's because openload is most popular ... and they are first on list when reporting dmca ... they're deleting my videos every 3-4 hours and that's good for me .. another host I use is deleting my videos daily but openload is far away from them when we talk about popularity

about quick deleting of files ... they must do that because of dmca ... but you can reupload files unlimited times I had same problem, you should send message to support and they will turn off login key that's not true, I sent three mails they answered on two ... I think they work a lot
