Anyone feels the site is very slow right now?

"File is currently pending" I have waited for 3 hours :(

I want to upload a 1GB file but the webupload said "Error File is too big". Also, I tried to use FTP with FileZilla but "Error: Connection timed out". How can I upload big file?

The affiliate page is showing the rate of downloads per 1000.
