To remote upload from VOE, use the following method. Click "download now" on VOE video page. Copy "Direct Download Link" on next page, and paste into remote upload. This works for me. (Sometimes you have to restart a couple of times until it works)

Mine always work, as long as download link is created and then copied. I never have any failed. Also, do you have any idea when instant payments will be reimplemented? I requested a payout and noticed they're not working yet.
