I am from egypt and my country is not listed. I setup my account as United States.I always receive funds and spend them to buy anything i want and i have never got limited at all.

@Wadibahi 1)Great suggestion,but although many uploaders have 1gb archives etc. 2)Paypal can be used in any country even if your country is not listed and you will suffer no limit.But,paypal is becoming worse and worse.YOU MUST have another payment methods,because paypal may limit you sooner...
