As long as you have a way to cancel repayment I don't mind that option. But making people sign up for recurring payment and not giving them a way to cancel it is shady

How do I cancel my account? I have been trying to cancel my account but can't seem to figure out how, and I keep getting billed monthly. I see no options under my account settings. Can someone please direct me to how to cancel my account?
