What's your dream phone ?

What kind of a phone would you buy if you had the money ?

I will go first i think i am in love with this phone it's called Nokia X1-01 Dual Sim.

I know for some of you it's the lowest garbage but for somebody like me it's the best phone till now.

It has dual sim, and the baterry life is minimum 10 days and the best about it you can listen to mp3's it allows a memory card of 16gb.

I never needed a camera or a browser and the stupid bluetooth but would love if the phone had usb so i could connect it to my PC and transfer music or charge it like the most of the phones nowadays.

Nokia for me is the best phone manufacturer.

In the real world, people use a camera, a browser on a daily basis. Also, we are in an era where touchscreen technology has improved tremendously so there is no need for phone like yours. To be honest, I didn't even think they made those phones anymore, seeing as no one would even look at it twice.
You say it has 16gb of memory card like that's the only phone that offers that. The only thing this phone offers is dual sim. And most normal people don't need dual sim in their phones (except for the business type I would assume)


And to answer your question:
I'd like to get this phone when/if they make it.

my dream phone is the Nokia N9...but it will be fulfilled once it releases in india...Nokia is great..no other company can matci it...and android sucks big time

I don't want those big phones they don't fit nowhere as for browsing i have the ipad 2 and a notebook.
camera? why do i need one? i asked my self when i was buying the htc hd7 about 9 months ago i never use it i have a cam recorder when i go for picnics or special occasions like a wedding.

This is the best phone for me because i listen to music while i travel the battery is awesome and i can have two sim cards in it for family and work.
and if this phone gets scratched it won't be so bad because it costs not more than 30 euro's.

And if those big new touchscreens phones like the iphone 4 or htc desire hd or whatever gets scratched or falls from your hands it becomes worthless and it costs over 600 euro's which you could buy a good desktop computer/notebook with the same amount of money.

Now think how many times you used your phone for taking pics or for browsing in this month? maybe 2-3 times only to show off and the battery doesn't last more than 12 - 24 hours in standby mode.
 
I dont have phone of my dreams. I mean, it's not like it's a ferrari or a mansion.

Though, I read today about a prototype that is being tested, that uses a photo-voltaic polarizer layer (or something like that) over the phone, so it would charge by itself using light.
That, would be an awesome feature.

Dream is fulfilled ... it justifies phone ( can call & text )
nice battery backup ... i don't use smartphone stuff these days...
