Host is really really gud and specially support ;) host is gud bcoz i'm not working that much but got 2 sales in just 3 days just started over here :D
but one question i changed my program and turn to 1 sale=10$ but i made a sales aftr chnging the programme......but i got 1.5$ :S and also getting earning of downloads :S plzzz letme know ab8 this issue thankz :)

That's normal. The stats for today's date are normally updated later, you will normally see previous day's stats at this time of the day.

In the interim, please PM your user ID to follow up. But like I said you can also send the report and your user ID to support on the link above. Have you tried the dates from the 8th to 10th?

Yes i've try to change the date manually, but my stats table only shown date 7 and 8. Ok, i will send email / open ticket to helpdesk.

Support has checked and there is nothing wrong with your stats. It is just that nothing has been downloaded yet, that's what I guess is wrong. Let's wait till you have a download and let's check again.

Ok...no problem.

I'm not posting yet, still preparing.
But i've put about 12 files on latest post on my blog and shown on page 1 and 2, and these 2 days they're visitors, the older post which using other hosting got download numbers.

I think stats date 9 should shown even no download activity, not stuck till date 8.

btw...if i download 2 or 3 files, will be ok...? For testing purpose as premium, i want to see the speed.

Problem solved.
Support had email me. And had test 1 download.
Now stats table shown date 7, 8 and 10

But still i have suggest them, stats should shown continuously, not stop on the date with no activity and continue again if there's results, it's standart stats in many file hosting.

NB : What i mean with for download test as premium is i haven't try to download with Premium speed, from yesterday i only preparing my files, so i have no idea how's the premium speed.
And after test few moments ago...i like it...very good and fast :)
 
Hello MR. PLEASE Check my stats. My downloads are counted but my earnings are same from an hour ago. My user id is Madalinutzu .Now I see some downloads but my earnings are frozen.What's happenned?
I have 3 files with 0 downloads , now these are 9 downloads together but the stats are blocked on 0.928 $ . Fix it please , I don't want to lose money because an mistake from your part.

Mister I discover an error in my account. I'm not on pay per sale , and I don't change it. I am on pay per download .I don't make this change.

I have sent a report to Support. But it is quite strange that occurred, as you said, you were on PPD and it changed to PPS, after you had made your change. I'll get back to you on that.

In the morning I've tried to set user limit to 1000 MB, and probably the set on profit mode was on rebill, this is my only explication.When I push save changes , probably has been set to other profit mode,without my intention.I hope will be possible to change it.
