Bro i just tested and i got 2.5 MBPS to 3 MBPS to filesonic !!

If you use FTP then use " Ftp.us.filesonic.com "
it will give you smooth Upload speed !! <3 <3

if anyone has problems use the tickets, as hamza said.
For better uploading, use z-o-o-m's image & file uploader. For only 3$ you get the registered version and it is great! I upload on max with that tool to every host.
