Yeah, Due to the Distance between the Geographic location of the file host and server, speeds vary according to the time, so called Peak and Off-Peak hours. But we are working on it, and may have a better solution as well.

Will Keep you updated.

very very professional answer B-)X-D Anyhow, i was talking about quicker way to report abusers - to make your service better. Ofcourse regular tickets may take up to 5 hours to answer, no problems.

anyhow, im happy with provided service.. sofar. hopefully it will continue!

Yeah I understood what you meant by msn support, But Its a very Bad Idea to provide msn support. Offcourse If you want, you can add me on my msn.
And Good to know that you are happy with our service, We are trying our best to provide you with the best of the service. But there are some things which are out of our hands.
 
@All ,NL sever will give awsome speeds to RS and FSC ONLY !!!
Coz RS is hosted in EU and FSC got EU servers
if you want good speed for FS go to US rdp
 
Well Anyways, I am not much into file hosts or understand how they work, as I never use them. But We are trying Our Level best to provide you with the Top Service.
Hence I would like to know what do you expect from us ? What Extra services do you need or any sort of suggestions ?

EU server seems fine , good torrent speed "both downloading and seeding" upload speed is fair enough " Don't expect much for 25$" also support is really cool .
Awsome service already recommnded for couple guys xD :P .

@system , upload via ftp to "ftp.eu.filesonic.com" you will get 250 MB/s speed ;)

Someone is abusing please check , or you have a serious HDD issues .

Edit : Asked for Refund and you said okay and just went offline
