i don't know if i'm the only one they chose to scam, but it's ridicoulous to see them advertising their so called "24/7 customer support" while never replying to any emails.

i tried to contact them severals time at intervals of 2-3 weeks and the mails were always written in understandable & polite english. no luck at all. many people on several forums can confirm this ignorance.

they scammed me and set all my earnings to "payed out" status altough i never requested that money nor recieved it. it was not extremly much but this is not ok.

i deleted all my uploaded files and gave it a second try. then my stats were frozen for 5-6 days altough i got many downloads. it's absolutely unrealistic that i didn't make 1 cent in 5 days. ALL other filehosts counted the downloads! deleted all the files again. pure waste of time & money.

let's see if the "FileSonic Support"-guy here has something to say. :D i'm ready to laugh.

i didn't want to post it, but i can't recommend this filehost to anyone. be warned! f*ck them
