Furthermore, having adult ads on your main page is not a clever idea (IMHO). Did you design this site yourself? It looks horrible ...
 
I think , I also Open a File Host as every one is doing.
In coming future all forum will have there own file hosts and people will left HF,RS etc....LOL!

Poor Color Combination
Bad & Old style.
Full of Adult Ads
Adult Images used on main page makes NO USER FRIENDLY with some people

It's like this: Imagine you see an ugly girl and a better looking girl. Which one would you choose to talk to?

And between a terrible design and a flashy design is a lot of space.

With new hosts like Fileserve (who pay upto 25 bucks/1000) there's little room for less paying sites (unless your site name is Hotfile or Rapidshare).

And I think that new users don't want to spend a major part of their earnings on a compulsory premium account (unless your site name is Megaupload).

And you better study homepages of similar hosts ... do you see ads on there?
 
Without taking Name of any New file hosting Site,
I just wanna say , No one cant eat a SHIT LOOKING food , even its tasty.and on other side If Other FOOD tastes like SHIT but if it presented in a Good manner, People will Dare to try it once.

If you dont have much Budget for Designer ,You can do ask On WJ , you will get Good Designers on cheap price for your site. There is Nothing bad In asking help , if it can make your business Good

One recommendation to your site.... Get a lawfirm/lawyers to write up your Terms - Yours right now probably wouldn't last long in court :)
