Each unique download of your file counts as 1 download. We track by IP and session to ensure fair counting. Refreshes and re-downloads from the same IP within a short window do not count as duplicates. 2 IPs per 24 hours are counted as unique visits.

Payouts are processed daily for earnings accumulated up to midnight. You need a minimum of $10 in your account. Add your payment method in Account Settings → Payout to receive your daily earnings.

No. Files are not deleted for inactivity on active accounts. As long as your account is in good standing, your files remain available for download.

Yes. Legal adult content is permitted on Cloubix. However, any content involving child abuse (CSAM) is strictly and absolutely prohibited. Accounts found uploading such material will be permanently terminated immediately — all files removed, all earnings forfeited, and no notification will be sent. We have zero tolerance for this.

Free accounts: up to 2GB per file. Premium accounts: higher limits. Contact support for bulk or enterprise needs.

Cloubix provides full, transparent reports for every uploader. Inside your account you can see:
  • Per-file download counts (unique + total)
  • Daily / monthly breakdown
  • Country-level traffic stats
  • Earnings per file
We hide nothing — every stat your files generate is visible in your dashboard in real time.

What we cannot control on our end:
Download counts can sometimes appear lower than expected due to factors outside our server:
  • Users who close the page before the download completes
  • Browser extensions that block tracking (ad blockers, privacy tools)
  • Bots and crawlers are filtered out — we do not count bot traffic (this protects your earnings quality)
  • VPN/proxy users counted under fair-count rules
These are industry-standard practices, not manipulation.

We genuinely want to understand your concern:
If you noticed a specific discrepancy — for example, 100 people told you they downloaded your file but your report shows 40 — please share the details with us (file link, timeframe, expected vs actual count). We will investigate and explain every count.

Thank you — seriously. The level of detail you provided (Chrome incognito, Edge clean with no extensions, no VPN, cleared cookies) is exactly what we need to trace a real problem. You clearly know what you are doing and we respect that.

We believe we found the cause:
Your ISP assigns you two IPs simultaneously — IPv4 and IPv6. Some ad-network scripts treat a single session with two different IPs as suspicious bot activity and trigger an automatic re-route. This is what sends users to trip.com or the DDOS-Guard "I am not a robot" page — it is the ad script doing this, not our file server.

This also explains why it is on and off — it depends on which ad server responds to that particular request and whether it flags the dual-stack session.

Why filecrypt had the same issue:
Filecrypt's "country problem" explanation is the same root cause described differently. When their non-profit mode was activated the ad script was removed — and the re-routes stopped. That confirms it: the redirect is coming from the ad layer, not the file host itself. You were right. Your IQ is not the problem — the ad network's bot detection logic is.

What we are doing about it:
  • Reviewing our ad partners and their redirect behavior
  • Implementing IPv6-aware session handling so dual-stack users are not flagged
  • Adding a whitelist path for premium account holders — no ad redirects at all

Regarding your account:
We completely understand — you have a Premium account active until April 2027, you are busy uploading, and you have already done more than enough testing. We are not going to ask you for more reports.

Please send us your username in a PM and we will increase your storage to 500 GB permanent as a thank-you for identifying this issue. You should be able to upload and share your files without any more friction.

The numbers you are looking at are from files uploaded before our server upgrade. Those old stats naturally reflect the performance of the old infrastructure — slower speeds, older routing, incomplete sessions.

Since the upgrade, the latest file stats are looking good. New uploads are completing correctly and download rates have improved significantly. We are confident the numbers will speak for themselves as more activity builds on the new servers.

Also makes sense about the old stats vs new ones — once more files are uploaded on the new infrastructure, the performance will definitely reflect properly. The 10 Gbps upgrade is a big step forward.

The updated download pages are a nice improvement too. As you said, users just need a bit of time to get familiar with the new flow — that’s completely normal.

Overall, great work on the upgrade — speed, stability, and counting all seem much better now 👍
