With your own files or with some other's file, same problem : impossible to download

And because the support don't give any explanation, a lot of forum have already banned this filehost

For Information : It looks like Filefactory resurrected the old website !!!

Just use classic.filefactory.com instead of www.filefactory.com if yoou want to log in (for those having an account)

And, to download existing links, use :
instead of

It worked for me today, no sure how long it will last !?!

I just discover that now, on Filefactory upload page, you have 2 new types of upload :
- Pure Uploader - CDN uploader
- New Uploader - Hybrid system

Anyone get a clue about the difference with the old method (Classic Uploader - Legacy Uploader) ?

my opinion is they are faster.
 
I think Filefactory is dead (if not yet, very soon) because :
- not reliable (some files are still on the server, but impossible to download)
- no support
- since last autumn : trying to make a new version ==> it was a mess and that Filehost was banned from a lot of forum
- since 3 weeks, they tried again a new version and now impossible to download your own files ...

For those interesting there is a website where you can see what's happening ...

Good luck for those still using that FileHost

good day am i writing to filefactory suppor team my name is marco i just wanted to say tht a week already or so i am unable to login at all to filefactory.com with my premium account joe.766@hotmail.com i only recive u n unexpected error occured is there a way u can solve this issue thanks i cant even download no more

hi is this frank from filefactory am marco am a member from filefactory a premium member right now i tried writing to technical support already many many times but message just retuens to me i read in another forum that u had bad issues in file factory that you received a ransomware infection which went deep. cut through all the fire walls and infected 479 servers .

that sounds very critrical thats what andy mentioned and that u are planing in creating a new website o you already have a new website if u do can u let me know i still wanna remain part of the storage site .

right now am unable to sign in i recive an unexpected error occured cand do anything


i have still all my important files in my account greeding

god morning i just wanted to let you know that i am somehow able to sign in again to my account but i cant upload still or do any downloads while when i try uploading i recive Network error during upload and when i download it says internal error maby its still the servers that are infected or other problem can be that its no longer in classic mode site is having can someone from team still fix it
at least am able to login lo out again

good day frank from support teaam am not very hsappy wkith whsat is going on recentaly in filefactory nw am able to sign in but i can no longer upload or download when i try i get eather internal error or it directs me to filefactory classic and it doesnt work at all.

i hope you find a soon solution for it or maby change the filefactory back to old classic mode the new interface or change of the site mesed everything up .

i used to alweays upload download nothing works no longer .

It was deactivated long before the relaunch of the new design. My last attempt to make a withdrawal was in April last year, I think, and it was rejected about two weeks later... After several attempts to get a response from support, I eventually received a reply saying that the withdrawal would be processed later and that there would probably be a new design!
