There are many reasons for this, e.g. if it is your first withdrawal or your statistics are checked manually. Otherwise, it is also possible that our withdrawal balance for that method is used up.

We usually check all pending/stucked withdrawals at the beginning of the week.

All payouts (30+) from the last few days have been paid out. :thumbsup:

The user @Alexiss here (smithxxx8, smithwsion@*.com, LTC *ZoXMtisocwJsGRf7u3) was banned for using fake traffic. (traffic only from Ad-fraud ASN like WiredISP Inc. and 20 Point Networks LLC, users GPU from virtual devices like “apple software renderer” or “google, swiftshader device” only and the ads are not watched. Many views have identical characteristics, such as the same browser, operating system and screen resolution, suggesting automated scripts or bots rather than genuine user activity. In addition, his views are irregular, sometimes 3-12h break and then within minutes hundreds of accesses and then no accesses. The particularly small files < 15 MB also complete the picture. There are also other indications if you look at the data.)

  • Server Maintenance Some servers are currently in maintenance mode as the data center has reported some technical problems. In about 2 hours they should be reactivated after 9 hours of downtime.

Hello, we have an API here https://voe.sx/api-1-reference-index which should actually cover everything. We don't have any special WP plugins etc. right now. In general, the structure of the thumbnail URLs is always the same.

Embed url: just integrate /e/ so that it will be voe.sx/e/{FILE CODE}

For example, you can work with a template on your Wordpress site and only ever replace the file code since the structure is always the same.

This is currently correct.

Summary: The old player Plyr.js that we used does not support this type of URL subtitles. The actual successor Vidstack, which has been activated for months and supports all this, runs too unstable after months of testing and causes too many problems with old devices/browsers (e.g. Safari 14). So we deactivated it a week ago for all but a few accounts (can otherwise be requested by creating a support ticket). We are currently developing a successor for both 2 predecessors that will support everything. It's all a bit annoying.

Do you have any further information on this or can you create a support ticket? https://voe.sx/tickets (This is the 2nd report today, but we have not been able to reproduce it so far). The statistics should update every 3 minutes.

If i get the premium plus plan , what happens once that 1 tb permum trafic is over for the month? I'm being charged or it just become slower? For example i want to run video site and share links. If my viewers are over that 1 tb traffic, does videos become slower to play or im being charged for more trafic?

Hello! If you have converted the videos also to 480p or 720p, ads will be displayed as normal. Premium Traffic simply deactivates the advertising and makes high 1080p encoding quality available. If the included 1TB has been used up, you can either book additional traffic or simply use the player with the normal advertising. Nothing is automatically rebooked etc., you always have to do it yourself.
 
I see. Something else. So to buy premium plus the avaible options are not okay for me. I don't own bitcoins, so i cannot use that. The other one is with bank information, i'm using virtual card, so it's not okay too. So what is the way to buy it? There is no direct debit card/paypal/gpay and etc. I've searched for option to add money to my account and use the money from there, but there is no such option too.

And another question. Once you use FTP to upload files, does files are created with the folder or no? I've uploaded some files while ago, but i still don't see them. Maybe it takes more than 1 hour for FTP upload to appear in the panel.
