It's complicated because it's been 72 hours since the update. And there are more questions and people complaining.
How can it not be complicated if you don't give an update sometime to actually apply to something?

@StreamHub.to Hi, bro, when i chose "Preferred Payout Time" it doesn't change, it stays the same "Default" option . For example on settings tab i chose "Preferred Payout Time" as "Weekly Payouts" but after i again go to settings "Preferred Payout Time" stated as "Default" and it doesn’t matter whether I choose to save updates or not

i work with you from 1 year...and it's normal to have some paid money...but of course if you whan you can put my pending/paid money for last 2 months

Don't deflect the issue. I made a withdrawal request and haven't received it yet. I left a message because you promised to send it by last Friday and didn't. When I messaged again, you lied about sending an email that was never sent. The problem is with your dishonesty, not with my traffic. Just send the money.

Deflecting the issue? There is a difference between wanting to reply to somebody who is wasting my time, and between somebody who is understanding and will not react like a child.
It is funny thought, you are saying all this, and yet you haven't provided any traffic source.

Like I said, provide the source in DMs, and then we can confirm all is good.
Do not state false information when you cannot do the simple task of providing the source, it's a one-time thing to do, and once done you are put within our verified user's list.

And we did send an email, whether or not you received it. We sent it to the email you signed up to.
Either way, you have 2 clicks of a button to send me a DM.

Bro, the problem here is a little different. We see it differently from the outside. A short chronology of events, if I may.

From the very beginning of the hosting opening, you set large tariffs, I remember that at first they were at the level of $8-9/1 thousand views, after resolving the issue with MG and DMCA content, you set a tariff of $12/1 thousand views.
When you were asked if you can keep such a tariff and how you plan to earn, you replied that we simply do not know how other hosting companies cheat and earn money.

Then you had a problem with the fact that someone cheated you on $4k if I remember correctly. Approximately after that, problems with payments began.

Then you said that I was lowering the rate because people are demanding instant payments (I still don't see these people, it was those who demanded payments on the same day), after the rate cut, you said that now everything will be fine and this is the 120% last rate cut.

Also at this time, constant problems with the quantity and quality of advertising began, then with buffering and taking into account views. I remember such situations when some employee placed incorrect bids or when the view count was accidentally changed from 3 views/ip to 2 views/ip.

To date, we have an income that has fallen three times compared to the initial one. The number of views also decreased by 2-3 times. And the problems with buffering and videos that just don't work and give an error haven't gone away. Well, payments began to take up to 1 month. So it's kind of nothing critical on your part, but it doesn't look very good for us.

Let's see what happens next.

For clarity, I will give a screenshot of how the income gradually fell during this time. Not the most accurate indicator, but still.

Many people say that other hosting sites are a complete disaster. This is true!!! But this is the only hosting that tries to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, answering all your requests! So why, instead of all of you, as one family, help, suggest, give advice. In the end, wait for the result. Everyone is just trying to blame, humiliate, call them a fraud. If everyone is so smart, create your own hosting and upload your videos to it, earn millions. Well, if you don’t have the brains for your own ideas, then let’s all support streamhub together as one family. I'm sure that in a couple of months we will reap the benefits of our owner's hard work. We just need to endure it.!!! And don’t forget that there are many competitors who love to put a spoke in the wheels of hosting companies that are growing. This is also an important point!!!

I have been making money on the Internet for 12 years, and specifically on video hosting. And I saw a lot of hosts that are no longer even alive, I know what I’m talking about. And I personally am tired of looking for a new hosting every year, or even faster, because these ones are dying. But this is the first time I’ve seen someone like this with an adequate owner. So maybe give him a chance!!!
