I still not understand what you mean when you say is a duplicate.


Duplicate what? Download? What download?

All I see is 1000 downloads for 1 $, from the day this "duplicate" thing start. My money is right now 50% low that day 1 of August.
How can that be possible if the number on the status increase by 300% and more?
Why the status show the right number of download and money till day 13 of August and after day 14 is a BIG MESS UP?

I do not see even a premium account download the files, and the only that do it, is already do it for a long time and the status have been basic acceptable.

The status today at these hrs show 800 downloads but counted is only 100 how can this be possible if before never this thing happens.


Before max I get 400 something downloads and counted maybe 300, now I got 1500 downloads and counted 200 and something.


Please fix my account and put the status like it should be, or give me a decent explanation why after day 14 this start to happen.


I understand that status can rise or get down, I do this for years and years, but never in my 10 years I have seen what is happening with my account.

I have be observed the status for hrs and in 1 minute can jump from 200 to 250 downloads and counted 0. This is not normal, never happen before.

If someone is using any account or IP on the wrong way, block him.
 
Katfile change the payment request dates coz noone was able to request the last days of 2020-08-23 coz the system didnt let us, it was stuck as "pending" even after got paid, now we ill have to wait till 7th oct, thats too long
 
The requests from 2020-08-24 to 2020-09-06 (will pay Wednesday 07th of October 2020)

why ?

i try to request my payment at 23-08-2020
but your site not working -.-
consider to increase payment of september whit 24-08

if you remember I had already warned you without any answer

So katfile wont u change the payment day then due the system error? i cant wait 45 days since the last payment to get paid, ill have to use another host that pays earlier, the pending error didnt let me request it on 22 aug and 23 aug so i missed the last days to request, it was not my fault
