How I understood you can not send throw paypal in my country but I create paypal account and no banned message not exist in paypal system and no message in my paypal account that you sent me money and I can not get money for my country. In Paypal info I not found that my country in banned list

But today I found that in my country really you can't send money by paypal.

I always use Webmoney and try Paypal for get payment from your system
I don't know what to doing - please tell me
Now I see in Payments history state 'Pending" and I can not something doing
May be you return money on balance and tell when you return Webmoney system or you can send me money on Webmoney now - with Webmoney no problem exist - I got first payment from you
If you return Webmoney - you get more users in your system

Your imagehost like me and I want continue work with your system
