hi....stats frozen....i'm very disappointed and unhappy

yeterday 512 downloads only 0.7$ earned....ur minimum rate 3$/1000 downloads

today 47 downloads earnings 0$........

all my uploads wasted as of now...no earnings

pls check and add my lost earnings

i will not upload anything unless u fix the issue....

Hi, is there a way to get more space than 50gb or an Account update?
Username is DeaconAnd which Plans are correct, on the website or on page 1?
We can only choose the one from page 1
 
@coolguy558 and @deva - As I check now, some users are experiencing frozen stats. Also the server load has increased a lot due to huge traffic inflow from past couple of days. We are adding new servers and stats issue will be fixed right now. Do not worry and get back to work.

@skyminsky - Upgraded to premium

@Deacon - We have 2 plans. First one is MIX plan as shown in this thread and second one is PPS plan with 75% of all sales/rebills. Let me know which one you want to choose.

@coolguy558 - NOW I FIND THE ISSUE why few of you are complaining frozen stats when EVERYTHING IS WORKING ABSOLUTELY FINE. Check out weather you have activated MIX plan under your "My Account section". You people have NOT ACTIVATED any plan and hence you are not earning. Go to your profile and activate the plan MIX to start earning. STATS WAS ALWAYS WORKING FINE. No issues as of now.

@Deacon - You may choose that plan under your Profile.

@firecrack - FTP needs 1 to 24 hours to be created after registration. If your account was created 1 day ago then PM your username to check for the issue

without activating mix plan......i've already earned for first and second day

right now i've account balance

but suddenly stats frozen....i lost my earnings....

now u saying u have to activate mix plan to start earning

pls add compensation buddy.....u should gain some trust...i've been here in WJ for 5 years now

and gained good repute....

i want u to add compensation for my lost earnings and then i will start uploading again

u should be genuine first

@firecrack - I will respond to you as soon as the issue is sorted.

@coolguy558 - Its your choice to work with us or not. Choose mix and start earning OR you are free to move to some other host with low rates.

@uploader12 - Don't create multiple accounts. Your previous account has been activated with MIX plan.


EDIT: I really don't know as to how you people were earning even if your plan wasn't activated. And its your mistake NOT to activate it when you had the option under your account OR atleast contact support to do it for you.

@2015 - Yeah, we count 1 download per IP per 24 hours. Min payout is $5. PPD table shown in this thread is the right one.

@federicosis - Let me know your username to provide free upgrade.

@firecrack - Upgraded to premium.

@Chris000 - New servers need to be installed and added. It will be done by tomorrow and the website would be back to normal. Thanks for the patience.
