Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay. I reviewed your ticket. The issue was caused due to your WordPress not using proper cache plugin under high traffic. Our support technician explained the issue and suggested you what to do, and it fixed the issue. The issue was fully caused by your WordPress itself, not our setup / server.

Is it normal on your Support Staff that i have to Begging for Help & Support if i have a Problem?

I ordered 5 days before now a VPS and still having one Problem,i asked now maybe 4-8 Tiimes in a Ticket if anyone can Help me with the Issue.

Your staff is Reply everytime with not Well good Support Answers like.
"do this Do that"

If i ask in a Ticket for Support and Provide all the Info of the Problem where is the Problem to Assist on this "LITTLE ISSUE" that i have since first Day.

Iam a Customer since 5 days and the First Look of your Company is you should get Better Support Staff People!

I dont Reply Anymre to my ticket for the Reason iam Really Pissed off now.

We can Fix the Issue in Public now since your Staff isnt very Helpful.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Our support answered every single question. We were unable to change your nameservers as you never provided us login to domain registrar(otherwise, we would). As for last error goes, you were told to remove domain from cPanel and re-add it. It can be done with a few clicks from cPanel and I don't think it was needed to do any hand-holding from our end in this case.

However, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, we are not going to provide support in this thread or public. It is not something we do, for various reasons.
 
Deadmau5 is right. i moved from this company to another company. support of knownsrv is very arrogant. it says fully managed, but thats not.

There has never been a single ticket that was unanswered for more than 24 hours / days, ever. Could you please provide me some of your ticket IDs so I can have a look?

EDIT: I managed to locate wman5 account. He was a client from 12/11/2013 until 2 months ago, when WE decided not to renew his 2 VPS due to various reasons - high loads, excessive support requests, high number of emails we received from BREIN(Netherlands anti-piracy) regarding his websites etc. During that time we have exchanged a few 100s emails with him, migrated his sites from shared to VPS and vice-versa, optimized his VPS and everything we were able to do as a managed provider.

However, I would like to apologize for everything we possibly did wrong in your case and wish you best of luck with another hosting provider.

We do NOT delete billing accounts. Being an EU company, we are required to keep them on the record for at least 5 years. I will not discuss legal issues on a public forum for obvious reasons, but we do follow and comply with BREIN requests, same as everyone does on Netherlands servers, unless they want to end-up in a civil lawsuit with a 5-figures sum to pay.

This is my last reply regarding this, you are free to PM me your email or ticket ID or domain name. I can assure you account has not been deleted nor ticket took longer than 24 hours to reply.

kruono: a lot of people \complains here and you have answer to everyone. dont point your finger to somebody else, but first look at ur self. look at ur services. people are sending me pms, telling me they are with knowsrv but its so bad, and asking me which hosting company i now use. i was with u for 1.5 years. but last 2 months u began to not help. yes u helped a lot, but last months i got problems. my traffic was always same, but then problems began. u say full managed, but that aint. i think the problem is you have a lot of clients now. still i think ur a nice guy. buy u told me to move to another company, or pay u double for same service. that was not nice.

I'm telling our side of story. If you are allowed to post feedback, I'm allowed to check and explain our actions. You are misleading public by impression you moved from us yourself, while in fact it was us who decided not to do business with you for above reasons. Let's stop this now, there is no point to go in cycles. I will apologize once again and wish you best of luck with your new hosting provider.

Please consider we currently have over 5000 clients and over 200 servers. We own our hardware, IP space, have full access over the network. It basically makes us bigger and more serious than 99% of hosts who advertise here. There is no single server that had less than 99.9% uptime in last 12 months, it speaks for itself about quality of our services.

While I don't personally do end support for clients at this time, please PM me with ticket IDs if you have any issues with KnownSRV services or support. I will make sure you are taken care of.
