Why do you always ask this?? it's clear. you will get it in 2013.09.15.
How our payout system works:
Request payout between the 1st - 15th: We will pay by the 30th.
Request payout between the 16th - 30th: We will pay by the 15th of the next month.
I think this thread should be closed, there is no real support from oteupload, they come here once a week and always giving same answer to every question ( sorry we are busy , will fix it soon etc....)
In the end nothing changed, remote upload not working at all , site is very slow most of times , some upload issues etc...
Now I understand why oteupload isnt allowed on any major boards , its a totally amateur host ran by a single person, only good point is that they do pay in time and they have many payout option

if you did request in 2013-08-15, you would get payment in 2013-08-30 but you requested 08-16, you will get payment 09-15.

I found your account. The reason that it was rejected is you had 3 sales each requested a refund.

You are correct it is as it is supposed to be his payout will be sent on the 15th of Sept. We do sometimes make exceptions but requests have to be made in advance and have a valid reason.
